Cancellation Policy

At BodyBalance Clinic, we strive to provide the best care and flexibility for our clients. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $25 fee. For no-call, no-show appointments, a $50 fee will apply.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding as we work to provide the best service for all our clients.

    There is a $200 consultation fee for our weight loss program. However, if you choose to join the program on the day of your consultation, the fee will be applied toward your treatment plan.
