Cancellation Policy
At BodyBalance Clinic, we strive to provide the best care and flexibility for our clients. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $25 fee. For no-call, no-show appointments, a $50 fee will apply.
